Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We’re an online-only store, so we don’t have local locations at the moment. But don’t worry—you can browse our full collection and shop anytime from the comfort of your home!

Order & Shipping

How can I modify my order? (Quantity, Color, Case, etc.)

Once an order is placed, we can’t make changes to it. But don’t worry—you can cancel your order before it ships and place a new one with the updates you want.

Will I be informed when my order is completed?

Yes! As soon as your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. It includes your order number, the items you purchased, and your chosen shipping and payment details.

How can I check my order status?

You can easily check your order status in any of these ways:

  • Email: After placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email and a shipping email with tracking info.
  • Tracking link: Once your order ships, use the link in your email to see real-time updates.
  • Website: If your store has an “Order Tracking” page, simply enter your order number and email to check your status.

What is the standard shipping time?

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

How can I track my order?

Which countries can your products be shipped to?

We currently ship to the United States, Italy, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about shipping, our friendly customer service team is always happy to help.

Refund and Return

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, products purchased directly from www.dajasan.net.com are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start a return.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Before returning, please send clear photos of the item and package to our Customer Service Team. This helps us process your return smoothly.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund. The amount refunded may depend on the reason for return.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error or product quality issues (defective, missing, or incorrect items), we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.
  • For other reasons (e.g., wrong color/case, accidental orders, incorrect shipping address), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Other Platforms:

If you bought our products on other platforms, please follow their return policies. Please note: unauthorized resale of Dajasan products is not allowed.

How to start a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, simply email us at support@dajasan.com with your order ID, product name, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the rest of the process.

Once we receive your returned item and process your refund, you’ll get a notification. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you don’t see it after that, please check with your financial institution.

How can I get the latest deals and discount codes?

We offer seasonal promotions and discounts! To stay updated, subscribe to our newsletter on our website or follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

When you have a discount code, enter it in the box on the right side of the checkout page before completing your purchase to apply the discount.

How can I become a reviewer (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Blog, YouTube, etc.)?
